Adelaide United captain Eugene Galekovic has demanded a culture change from the top of the A-League club.

In an extraordinary outburst the day after the Reds' seasonCheap New Era Snapback Hats ended with an elimination final defeat, Galekovic blamed non-football people making decisions at the club for causing cultural problems.

Galekovic said he believed ex-coach John Kosmina was pushed from the club when he quit in late January, replaced by caretaker Michael Valkanis.

And the star goalkeeper said United were now a questionable destination for new recruits because of their culture.

'One thing that needs to change is the culture of the football club,' Galekovic told reporters on Monday.

'Over the last few years we used to be the benchmark of the A-League. Every player wanted to come here and play for Adelaide United.'

'I think that has changed.'

Galekovic described Adelaide's season as 'a strange year'.

'It starts from the top and it goes all the way down and the Blank Snapbacksmain thing is football people need to make football decisions at this football club,' he said.

'If there aren't any football people at this football club, maybe they've got to bring in people.'

Galekovic said 'things could be made easier' on Adelaide's players with improved management.

'We (players) tried to just worry about the football,' he said.

'Obviously everyone feels differently about certain aspects about things that happened at the football club. Some players take things more personally, more upon themselves. Everyone gets affected.'

Galekovic's spray eat an instant rebuke from the club's chairman, lawyer Greg Griffin.

'We are clearly disappointed with the forum Eugene has chosen to vent his conces,' Griffin said in a statement.

'This is the type of conce that some may have, but for which there are perfectly reasonable answers.'

Griffin said club management would start a reviewNew Era Dopetastic Snapbacks process on Tuesday to 'give all people associated with the club a better understanding of why certain decisions are made'.

Griffin said the club hoped to soon appoint a new coach for next season.

Demetriou said he was 'desperate' to see Melboue improve and added the AFL was just 'a phone call away'.

"The AFL's always available to help any club when it gets into any situation where it needs help," Demetriou said.

Boxer Michael Norgrove has died several days after Snapback Hats For Sale    collapsing in the ring, the British Board of Boxing Control (BBBC) has confirmed.

The 31-year-old Zambian light-middleweight, who was based in London, collapsed on 31 March.

He was treated for bleeding on the brain following the bout against Sedgley's Tom Bowen at The Ring in Blackfriars, south London.

The BBBC described it as a "sad day" for the world of boxing.

General secretary Robert Smith said: "We were informed of his deathNew Era Flannel Snapbacks       this moing. The whole sport feels for his family and we need to let it sink in.

"He was a nice little boxer - but forget boxing for now, it's very sad news indeed."

'Sadly missed'

Norgrove had been taking part in his first fight after a two-year break from the sport.
